Daily Reflection #1

I think the lesson was quite interesting to me, we don't usually have lessons like this, we don't usually have a guest speaker ,it was interactive and we had a lot of times to share our thoughts, and they really talked about our present and future, so that was intersting because I concentrate more on things that I think that can help me later on .This really talked about how I do in life these days. because it talked about making choices, and I'm in a situation where I have to make all these choices. I have to takes choices where I should do my homework, taking a rest in an appropriate time. I think that these lectures will really help me later on, so I'm excited have these speeches.

Assignment #10

I think the voice of the photo is hunger. It is shown very realistically with the kid in front. The kid has no fat. His body looks like a skeleton compared to his head. The women in the back looks very tried, she is holding a child so I think she got tired from trying to feed her son. Everyone is wearing no cloth, so itI think its the lack of supplies that the African kids are getting.

This painting is the "Portrait of Dr. Gachet" from Van Goh. The man is sitting down just thinking of something with a tired face. So I think the voice of the picture is tiredness. Starting with the face, the face shows many traits of tiredness. Such as wrinkles, he looks like he is alsleep because hes too tired to open his eyes. The background of the painting also makes it look tired. The background is dark and unclear.

This is the Mona Lisa from Leonardo Davinchi. The women is making a expression that looks she is smiling or not. The background of the painting is very serene and calm. It isn't to flashy but it is detailed and and everything seems to be in balance. I believe the voice the painting is showing is peace.

This is the photo of the second flag raising in Iwo Jima during the World War II. I think the voice of the photo is toughness. First looking at the flag, the flag is being blown by wind, but it is still standing straight. The navy are holding tight to the pole, stepping over things that looks like guns and destroyed machines. I think it shows how the Americans were doing in the war, even though it was touch war, they went throught the enemy and are still standing strong.

This photo is a picture that was posted online as the world's saddest dog. I think the voice of the picture is sadness. The look the dog is giving looks like he expects people to take him and take care of him. His eyes even looks a little teary, and it makes the dog look even more sad. He looks lost in the world by looking at the empty streets. The picture is focused well on the dog, and that helped it look more sad as well.
